Where are you located?
We are located on Parking Level 1 of the Waterfront Center parkade. Proceeding North on Burrard St, drive into the parking entrance on your right after crossing W. Cordova. Once you have entered the parkade, take a parking ticket and follow the car wash sign.

Can I make a reservation?
We recommend reservations for any waxing or detail work. Ideally regularly scheduled washing saves time and is more convenient. We operate Monday - Friday  7:30 am to 3:00 pm or by appointment. We are happy to accommodate short notice.

Can I pick up my keys after you close?
No. All keys must be picked up when you are called. Keys will NOT be left at the parking booth or security desk. Keys that are not picked up by close of business will not be available until the next business day.

What method of payments do VIP Auto Detailers accept?
We accept cash and will accept cheques from established clients.
