Where are you located?
We are located on Parking Level 1 of the Waterfront Center parkade. Proceeding north on Burrard St, drive into the parking entrance on your right after crossing W. Cordova. Once you have entered the parkade, take a parking ticket and follow the car wash sign.

How do I get my car detailed?
Park your vehicle in the reserved car wash stalls. Completely fill out the service envelope, deposit your keys, business card and payment in the service envelope and drop it in the drop slot. You will be contacted when your vehicle is completed.

Can I make a reservation?
We recommend reservations for any waxing or detail work but for washing we operate on a first come first serve basis.

Can I pick up my keys after you close?
No. All keys must be picked up when you are called. Keys will NOT be left at the parking booth or security desk. Keys that are not picked up by close of business will not be available until the next business day.

Do you take credit cards?
No. We do not accept credit cards. We accept cash and will accept cheques from established clients.
